Brief introduction:
The PVC WPC profile extrusion line is suitable for producing hollow or solid PVC WPC foaming profiles. This profiles have advantages of fireproof, waterproof, anticaustic, moisture proof, moth proof, mildew proof, non-toxic and environmentally friendly. The profiles are widely used in the fields of interior decoration, furniture making, such as door frame, skirting, photo frame, plastic door and window profiles.
PVC profile making machine mainly composed by Conical Twin Screw Extruder, Cooling Table, Hauling Machine, Cutting Machine, Stacker. With different mould, it can produce various UPVC profile, such as: PVC window door profile, PVC wall panel, PVC window sill board, cabinet door board, curtain box, PVC trucking, cable duct, PVC skirting, PVC protection corner and so on. And by changing screw barrel and mould, it can also produce PVC based WPC products, such as: WPC wall panel, WPC window.
Features:
1-With different molds, it can products different kinds of profiles.
2-The haul-off unit has applied unique lift technique. Its work is stable, its reliability is good, its pulling force is large.
3-Vacuum setting has applied special enlarged vortex cooling system which is good for cooling and calibrating so as to meet demand of high speed extruding.
4-Movement speed and drawing speed of cutting machine keep synchronous.
5-All movements are controlled by imported PLC, the design is reasonable, the operation is stable, it can conduct automatic cutting with fixed length.
